Always there even if we can't see it

Some mornings, Mount Bromo revealed itself all at once. From its base to its peak, every ridge and contour was visible against the sky.

Other days, only the summit appeared above the clouds. And sometimes there was nothing to see at all as the mountain was swallowed entirely by darkness, mist or fog.

But the volcano was where it had always been. Nothing changed except my view.

Life can feel like that sometimes. When we cannot see the path, the solution, an action or the next chapter, it's easy to assume it isn't there or no longer exists.

But like the Bromo caldera, visibility and reality are not the same thing. Hidden does not mean absent.

Sometimes the mountain is invisible. Sometimes it is revealed.

Some things remain true whether we can see them or not.

Constant as a mountain, they are always there. Waiting for clearer skies.
